He started the team in December of 2020 and now has two Co-owners, Tbgdog15 and FatalX3rror. They are tying to build the foundation of what a VR eSports team should look like. Rohit has been an Enterprise Software consultant most of his professional life working with Oracle products. He caught on the VR/AR technology bug in 2015 when he participated and won Techweek Kansas City 2015 hackathon. Once bitten by the VR bug there was no looking back. After participating and winning multiple hackathons, it was time to spread the word about this new technology and how it can change lives.
Being passionate about K-12 education helped and along with Joel Stephens Rohit started - VRoKCs - a VR/AR software development program for high school students.
The program introduces students to VR/AR development along with using hackathons as a medium to prototype solutions to real world problems and accelerate learning.

Nico Perony is the founder of OTO.ai, a company recently acquired by Unity to enable safe interactions in online games. Nico is a behavioral scientist and artificial intelligence researcher with a techno-utopian bend – one of his driving passions is to enable a safe and sustainable future for humanity.
Trained as an electrical engineer and behavioral biologist, Nico Perony completed his doctoral and post-doctoral training at ETH Zurich in the study of complex social systems. He has authored highly cited publications, published 2 books, given public talks at venues including TED and TEDx, co-founded 3 companies and an NGO, and secured private and public funding for his research and ventures.
Prior to founding OTO, Nico led the AI team at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, and held various data-oriented roles in industries ranging from blockchain to sustainability. He is passionate about making technology a force for good, and sees AI-assisted toxicity moderation as a crucial stepping stone block towards enabling safe interactions in the metaverse.

Jake Sally is an Emmy-nominated producer, public speaker and entertainment executive dedicated to building the pipeline, vernacular and stories grounded in technology for audiences worldwide. Jake is the COO of Jadu, the definitive Web3 AR platform. The Mirrorverse, launching this year, is Jadu’s world-scale augmented reality gameworld pushing the boundaries of Metaverse utility by allowing 3D NFT avatars to navigate the physical world.
Previously, he oversaw content development at RYOT, Verizon’s internal content innovation team, focused on creating future-forward content formats and storytelling techniques as 5G networks begin to be widely available to consumers. He collaborates with artists and technologists to alter and improve the way stories are told with next-generation technology including VR, AR, artificial intelligence, projection mapping, physical installations, 5G and motion capture.
His work has led to speaking opportunities both public and private for institutions including MIT, Johns Hopkins, USC, Mobile World Congress, SXSW, Emmy Television Academy Foundation, and the Sundance Institute's New Frontier Story Lab among others. His work has appeared at Super Bowl LII (2018) and is part of textbooks used at USC such as "Crafting Stories for Virtual Reality".
Past projects include working in partnership with TIME Magazine to digitally recreate the historic March on Washington complete with a photoreal Martin Luther King who will deliver the iconic “I Have a Dream Speech” to guests as part of a large scale traveling virtual reality museum exhibition on civil rights.
He was also the creative producer for the United Nation's first use of projection mapping in the General Assembly as part of their Climate Action Summit held to galvanize world leaders to fight climate change like never before.
