In a post-rapture world, Connor, an enforcer who prevents defections from the struggling populous, discovers a VHS-tape that proves the existence of a portal to paradise. Mary E. Hewitt is the Executive Director for the Los Angeles County Alliance for Boys & Girls Clubs. The Alliance is an umbrella organization that was created in 1998 to bring resources, marketing and fundraising to all Boys & Girls Clubs in Los Angeles County which serve over 140,000 youth ages 6 to 18. For the past 7 years she has spearheaded innovative programs, special events and service to under-resourced communities in Los Angeles.
With her experience working for the US Government in Washington DC, Mary has led the Alliance on college and career programs through the annual Teen Summit. In 2019, she developed an Alliance Kollab workforce development program to get the Boys & Girls Clubs youth meaningful employment through a comprehensive public/private investment partnership program. The platform integrates college-focused academics, technical skills training from different pathways in the high-demand industries, and intensive support for optimal long term success.
Among many talents, Mary is an award winning driven expert in media, marketing, and communications. She has been a director of communications for several national and international companies, as well as a press secretary and public affairs specialist for the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Department of Treasury, respectively. Mary previously served as Director of Communications for the American Diabetes Association in Los Angeles and as the Senior Public Information Officer for PMC World, a planning, environmental, and municipal services company to public agencies, special districts, and public-oriented organizations.
Mary serves as a board member for the South Bay Business Environmental Coalition as well as being a member of the National Diversity Coalition. She graduated from Central Washington University in Mass Communications in Broadcast Journalism and obtained a Master’s Degree from Georgetown University in International Affairs.

Tony is currently a Recruiting Manager at Tesla with a team responsible for Workforce Development and Education Programs. His responsibilities include creating strong pipelines of skilled trades candidates from local Community Colleges and Institutions, while building relationships across multiple educational channels. Tony has spent the last 4 plus years cultivating relationships with schools across the country to insure Tesla finds the best and brightest students in the skilled trades to raise the bar on talent going into their factories and field service organizations across the country. A big part of this is the START Program that, along with the Service Training team, was created to address the skills gap they were seeing with candidates right out of school. START is a 12-week intensive training program that frontloads most the training a technician at Tesla would receive, resulting in a candidate that can make impact on day 1 of their full time career. As a result of all this work, he’s become extremely passionate about promoting Skilled Trades programs at all levels of education. Tony feels there’s a fundamental loss when we don’t give students options to be successful based on their learning styles, capabilities and interests. He has spent 10 plus years on and off with Tesla building various teams with a lot of his experience at the skilled trades level. He’s also been responsible for high-level technical recruiting for various companies including Apple and Facebook. Tony sits on the Board of Directors for the TechForce Foundation to help insure the future technicians of the Transportation Industry. After graduating from the Information Networking Institute at CMU in 1994 with a Masters of Science in Computer Networking and Virtual Reality, Jesse Schell went on to work for Bell Labs. In 1995 he joined Walt Disney Imagineering, where he worked for seven years in capacity of programmer, manager, designer and Creative Director on several projects. These included rides for theme parks, DisneyQuest, and Toontown Online, a massively multiplayer online game. During his time at Disney, he met Carnegie Mellon professor Randy Pausch, who was taking a sabbatical in the lab where Jesse worked. When Randy founded the Entertainment Technology Center at CMU, he invited Jesse to become a faculty member. Jesse joined the faculty in 2002.
In 2002, Jesse founded Schell Games, a full-service game design and development company with a focus on creating both educational and entertainment games on all platforms for players of all ages. The company is based in Pittsburgh, PA and employs more than 100 people. Currently Jesse serves as CEO. At Tech 50 in 2016, Jesse was awarded CEO of the year, and the year prior, Jesse was named one of Pittsburgh's 50 most powerful people
